Hello,

I wanted to get in touch and see how things are going on your wiki. I am a staff member here at Wikia, and I noticed that your wiki was growing at a great rate but has slowed down recently. Did you run into an issue or is there something you need help with? We have lot of help on our community wiki, staff blog and in the help pages. See above, the creator of the thing this wikia is about (and the creator of this wikia) had decided (against my wishes) to use his own wiki-like entity and promoted me to delete everything here because in his absence here people just kept vandalizing it and so removing everything was the easiest option since the creator of this wikia said his wikia deletion request was denied. ƒelinoel ~ (Talk) 18:10, October 2, 2012 (UTC)

The main issue was vandals and lack of community involvement, the few people looking for a wikia for his mod would come here and see foul language and otherwise vandalized pages. There isn't really too many people interested in editing a wikia for a mod for a video game so having two information centers would be inefficient and just confuse the users. ƒelinoel ~ (Talk) 04:25, October 4, 2012 (UTC)

The two or three all moved when the creator of the mod for a video game moved to a new place. Things like this are why I suggested the move from wikia in the first place; I am glad that Kinniken has made the right choice, but it is rather unfortunate that they are fighting him so hard when he wants to be done with the site. I had to argue with one wikiabot about the removal notice on the front page in the past and now another one's swooping in and claiming that it's an old or outdated notice again. They REALLY don't want people to take their stuff and leave. :/ ~ SoNick who is having login issues

HELP!!!! Edit

When I tried making a village in a village enabled age with mystcraft, it made the village, but the people were all twitchy, the signs were blank, and the people wouldn't move. Me specifically? lol yeah I know the Mystcraft guy from the Technic Wikia.

Anyways merging mods is never a safe idea, be sure to make back ups of your game, make one before doing anything, and one every time you do something extreme like merging mods.

Alternate dimensions like the Nether and most kinds of Ages from Mystcraft are designed differently from the Overworld and the Overworld is what the Millenaire towns were made for. If you can find an Age with dirt/grass for the ground and other things that structurally make it similar to the Overworld it might work combined... just be sure to make a backup before you try it.

I tried making an age with these specifications.... desert, villages (also tried without), blue sky, bright, single biome, normal fog, standard terrain, eternal day. I think that's it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Milocricket (talk • contribs)

Do villages in the Overworld work fine?

Keep in mind that Mystcraft is getting a major overhaul soon.

Main page fix Edit

Hi Felinoel. This is Joe from Wikia. I was asked to fix the issue on the main page where the ad is pushing down the content. All that needs to be done is to implement column tags. The page will retain its left and right columns, but instead of all the content being pushed down, the content will wrap around the ad. If you don't want me to do this fix, let me know in the next 24 hours or so, otherwise I'll proceed as planned. JoePlay (talk) 16:48, October 11, 2012 (UTC)

Hey Felinoel, I actually asked Joe to stop by because I see the mainpage ad covering content (screenshot below). He is just gonna add the tags to show you how it could look.

I also just noticed there was a grouping of inappropriate images added back in June by a blocked user Derpface153. We just deleted them off the wiki. Sarah (help forum | blog) 22:07, October 25, 2012 (UTC)

First of all, I am not Jewish, I am Catholic, though I don't know what that has to do with anything.

Secondly, the creator of the mod asked me to delete those pages because they were severely outdated and the only people updating articles has moved on to the new site.
