seeing as this page is locked, hopefully this is the best place to report an error/typo?

under the "Minecraft Forum links" section you have two links pointing to specific forum topics. These are:

http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=1032&t=247048

and

http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=1039&t=253387

notice that they contain 'amp;' between the f variable and t variable. this breaks the link as it now points to an unavailable page.

When I looked at the source of the page, the links were in fact correct. So maybe they need to be "esacped" or something?

Hmm, the links seem to work for me. The reason the ampersand is between the f= and t= variables is because that is the basic method the Minecraft Forums use for directing to specific forums and topics, so we don't have to change the links every time Kinniken updates the mod which then changes that link. Which browser are you using? It may be that my browser reads those links fine, whilst others can't... Joeyjam 12:00, June 29, 2011 (UTC)

I've tried the links as they are on the front page in Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer, and neither of the links will lead anywhere but to the Minecraft Forums Home, because of the "malformed" links. However, the link to the main Millénaire thread at the TOP of the main page works fine. It has no ampersands in the link, nor do the two in the lower section need to have.

Also, the same issue stands true for the two links mentioned in the sentence "Think of it as a mix between MineColony and Builders". Especially the MineColony link is super-weird, it having the topic ID variable first and forum ID variable after (the link didn't work at all even when I switched out the & with an ampersand, so I had to switch them around)...

To fix this (admittedly minor but still just as much of an) issue, it's probably easiest to replace the four links with this (MineColony thread), this (Builders thread), this (main Millénaire thread) and this (extra buildings), respectively.

Considering that the top link (this) contains an obviously outdated thread title in the link ('millenaire-npc-village-062-amulet-of-the-raven'), yet still leads to the same topic (the address in the address bar updating automatically to new title upon arrival anyway), it's safe to assume that these replacements of the lower two links would have much the same functioning effect, continuing to work even with renewed topic titles, etc. Again, not much of any issue at all, yet an issue nonetheless.

Also while now already being all nitpicky, perhaps the mention of Minecraft in the context of the Minecraft forum should be capitalized, seeing as it says "minecraft" right now in the "footer"... ~♪Tokkyun♫~ 02:50, August 27, 2011 (UTC)
